Our Story

At Betterliving Sunrooms and Awnings by Blue Horizons Construction, we’re a full-service construction company. Our team can handle all aspects of constructing your new sunroom, from obtaining permits to the day you are ready to move in furniture. Over the years, we have grown and now service Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties. We have designed and installed hundreds of residential and commercial greenhouses, solariums, conservatories, and sunrooms. We have also serviced, restored, and repaired almost every brand of sunrooms and greenhouses.

We take extreme pride in offering our customers only the highest quality Sunrooms and Solariums in the market today. We want our customers to know that we genuinely care for them and only provide the best. We do not want you to have a problem and have developed life-long relationships with our customers. Many have had us come back to do additional work on their homes. Having been in business for over 40 years, we have seen other sunroom dealers come and go. And we are not in it for the quick sale.
